WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE CONFERENCE:
The 8th Seattle Patient Conference is open to patients, family members and caregivers affected by bone marrow failure diseases including aplastic anemia, Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) and Myeloproliferative Neoplasms.
